Week 5 of the 90 Day Challenge: Ride a Bike

Congratulations on making it to Week 5 of your 90 Day Challenge.  I hope you've been keeping up with using your Skinny Fiber every day and taking advantage of these extra credit challenges.  This week's is a FUN ONE.
 


CHALLENGE OF THE WEEK
This week's extra challenge is a great one.  RIDE A BIKE.
The best thing to do is alternate this challenge with the week 3 walking challenge.  Ride a bike 20 minutes every other day, and go for a walk/jog/run 20 minutes on alternating days.
Exercise is great for your body and has so many benefits.  It helps with blood flow and circulation, it helps with joint mobility, it helps with bone density, it helps with metabolism, it helps boost your immune system, it helps put you in a positive mood, and to go right along with our 90 Day Challenge, it helps with weight loss.
