Your challenge this week is to WALK FOR 2 0 MINUTES EACH DAY.
That's it.
Not only will it help with your weigh loss results, but it will help in SO many other aspects of your life.

20 minutes is NOTHING. It's easier than you think. And if you can do it this week, keep it going for the FULL 90 DAYS.
