Tomato Tortellini Soup

Tomato Tortellini Soup
Ingredients:
2 x 950mL cartons vegetable broth (reduced salt)
10 -12 cups water
1 can herb and spice tomato paste
1 honey onion, diced
4 stalks celery, diced
2 tsp dried basil
2 tsp dried oregano
1 tsp sea salt
2 tsp ground black pepper
2 tsp paprika
2 cups frozen vegetables of your choice
1 cup butternut squash, diced
1 large package frozen tortellini
2 Tbs chicken soup base
Directions:
Bring all ingredients except the squash, tortellini and soup base to a boil, lower heat to medium and gently boil for 30 minutes. Add squash and tortellini and more water if needed, cook for another 20-25 minutes. Stir in soup base and continue cooking for another 5 minutes. Enjoy!
