"Before photo from January 2013 (my birthday), after photo was taken at the end of my 90 day challenge in October 2013. My before photo is my WHY!!! I started taking Skinny Fiber in August 2013. I have lost a total of 20 pounds and 15 inches total, 4 of which are from my waist!! I love Skinny Fiber! I have tried for nearly 15 years to lose weight and I have tried everything, soup diets, cabbage diets, slim fast, HCG, Weight Watchers, green coffee, Stackers (ephedra) and Fen-Phen. I walk at least three to five times a week for about 30 mins. and that is it, and I am losing!!! I am now into my next 90 day challenge and I can't wait to see where I am at the end! I followed Skinny Fiber for 7 months thinking it was just another scam before I bit the bullet and said Do it! I wish I had bought it when I wanted too!!! I might be there by now LOL!
