Daisy is doing great with Skinny Fiber

Daisy is a great example of many that lose inches, not necessarily scale weight with Skinny Fiber.....One thing I learned from my trainer this morning....muscle actually burns fat!!! So you can have fat loss without the scale moving at all. Recomposition. This is why we encourage you to take pictures and measurements, weight once then stay off the scale for a month. Daisy says....

"I am feeling really fat so I decided to take a picture to see if Im really gaining, first picture was taken 2 weeks ago, I gained weight when we were on vacation. 2nd picture taken today, I been taking skinny fiber consistently for the past 2 weeks but I didn't change anything. Still eating the same, no exercise, once again I am convince skinny fiber works. Now some people that start skinny fiber do not take picture and rely on the scale that's why they get disappointed and stop taking it after about 2 weeks when they don't see the numbers on the scale go down, I still weigh the same from day 1 and today, so I don't trust the scale at all. Follow the instruction, take it consistently for 90 days, take a picture because skinny fiber will make you lose more inches than weight.
