"So! 4 weeks down! I have lost 15.5 inches and 5lbs! These are the same clothes in these pictures and I can pull the jeans off without undoing them I have not changed my eating habits, I am unconsciously eating less at meal time, I am not hungry between meals as I am not hungry and I am not craving sweets which was the worst for me! I feel great and have great energy! I have not increased my exercise; I go to Zumba once a week."
