"Hi my name is Nichole!! I lost 20.4 pounds during my first 90 days on Skinny Fiber!! I lost 18.75 inches, and two pant sizes. This is the first time in all my life I have been able to stick with something longer than 21 days!! I can not do any weight bearing exercise so my activity just consists of crunches, and resistance band work. Occasionally I swim (like a few time a month). My diet is very very low carb.
