"Hello my name is Mary... The first pic was taken last year and the 2nd one last week (Oct 2013). Not only have I lost weight with Skinny Fiber, but I no longer have PMS migraines, which I have had for many years every single month, and also my triglycerides have dropped by 300 points since using it. I was prescribed statins to help with my cholesterol in Dec. 2011, but when I got home and did research, I became afraid to take them. So I went on a search to find something more natural and that's when I found Skinny Fiber. I would rather take something natural than prescription drugs which does more harm to our bodies than good sometimes. So I am happy that I found Skinny Fiber!!! I will continue to take it even after I reach my inch loss goal just to maintain the health benefits that I have gained!
In the past, I have had people ask me "how far along are you?" and I didn't like having to say, "ummm I'm not pregnant" because it would make them feel uncomfortable, but what do you do.... I haven't been asked that for over a yr now, thankfully. Hopefully you can see a difference here; I have lost 12 lbs, and still want to lose about 10 more. I'm a slow loser, one reason could be that I am in my 40's, our metabolisms tend to be slower for some of us when we get older and I will find every excuse in the book to not exercise...LOL When I lost the 12 lbs, I took Skinny Fiber religiously, 2 capsules, before 2 of my biggest meals, gulping 16 oz of water... it still took a while, because Skinny Fiber first works on what is causing us to not lose weight and it detoxes our bodies first THEN we will start to lose the weight, (which is why it is best to get the buy 2 get 1 free for the 90 day challenge)... and with all the soda, fast food and processed foods that I was taking in for several years, you can bet mine was pretty toxic. Then after I lost the 12 lbs, I started to sort of forget to take my Skinny Fiber on the weekends or when I went on trips, so the weight loss stopped, but I have maintained it, thankfully. I love carbs, and been eating way to much of it lately, so I am so glad that I have Skinny Fiber, because if I didn't, I would have gained that 12 lbs back in no time. When we forget to take it, our bodies have to go through the detox process all over again. That's why its important to take it every day and not forget. It's time for me to get back on board and to practice what I preach to my customers... so I will be working on going on a lower carb diet and set up timers in my phone to remind me to take my Skinny Fiber on the weekends and then will post another update in a few months. I can't promise that I will exercise, because I don’t have time to, I'm not feeling good enough today and I need to feed the cats, etc... LOL.. If you are skeptical, that is understandable, there is so much out there that doesn't work, but Skinny Fiber works differently than the other stuff, which is why it has worked for so many (if they follow the directions, drink the needed water to activate it and don’t forget), which is why you should give it a try. Do the 90 day challenge so it can have time to work on the issues that are making it hard to lose the weight, and you will see results like so many of us have! It will be worth it!"
