Melissa completed the SBC 90 Day Challenge:
"This is the difference 90 days, about 15 pounds and 16-17 inches can make! This was my first 90 Day Challenge that just ended Friday 10/11. I did not do any special diet or exercise. I purposely did not just so I could see how Skinny Fiber would work without doing that. I took my Skinny Fiber 2x a day before meals with 16 oz of water. I drank between 80-100 oz of water a day. I occasionally walked about a mile around the neighborhood with my kids. The only changes in my diet was the fact that the Skinny Fiber made me more full and how much I ate was reduced. I stopped drinking sweet tea every day and just have it occasionally now. I didn't drink soda before so that wasn't an issue. I'm ready to start another 90 day challenge now to see how far I can take it!"
