"I've completed my 90 day challenge with Skinny Fiber!! (July 19, 2013). I know it's not much different then my 47th day but that's ok....I am 40 years old and thought I would never look thin again! I have not exercised. I try to drink more water but its hard for me. 80 ounces a day if I can (Half my body weight in ounces). I will admit that this month I have missed a lot of my pills and was eating horribly again AND drinking way toooooo much but I'm back on track! SF makes me feel full and I eat less. Love it! My acid reflux is gone!! No more throwing up in the shower or on myself in the car (I know, GROSS). I lost 11 pounds and 19.5 inches all around which is the MAIN THING I NEEDED. Also my anxiety has not been bothering me and my nails are super strong! I LOVE SKINNY FIBER!!! (Look how baggie the bathing suit bottoms are getting, teehee)"

Good for you! I have been on Skinny Fiber since Aug 2nd, I exercise 3-5 days a week, Jillian Michelle's 30 day shred, eat rather well, but I eat a few sweets, but that shouldn't matter based on what I have read some people don't even change their eating habits and don't exercise and they lose weight. I don't drink as much water as required because I can go to the bathroom every 15 mins when at work. I have yet to lose inches or see my scale move backwards. I read countless testimonies, and was very skeptical... and for that matter I still am. The product makes all these claims for better health- ibs, sleep, stamina, yet nothing. I am not extremely over weight,but need to lose at least 20 lbs because I am 5'1. I really frustrated.
ReplyDeleteWater. Water. Water is important while taking this product. You need to increase your water intake and drink a minimum of 64 ounces of water each day. The sweets also do not help. Make those adjustments and use the product as directed for 90 days before making a decision on whether Skinny Fiber works. It helped me lose 60 lbs.
