Mendy has gone from a Size 22 to a Size 18 with Skinny Fiber

"I started Skinny Fiber in April 2013.  As of September 18, 2013, I have gone from a size 22 to a size 18. All I have done is cut out junk food, eating hardly any red meat. I mostly eat chicken. I have added a ton more veggies & fruits to my diet. I began walking 2-4 times a week. During the summer I was walking maybe 1-2 times a week. (too hot in Texas lol) A month ago, I began walking 2 miles a day (M-F) I drink water like it's going out of style. I 
drink Almond or Coconut Milk instead of regular dairy milk. Once in a blue moon, I will have a glass of regular milk. (which now upsets my stomach lol) We have switched almost completely off of regular pasta to whole grain pastas.
