"Ok I went and found the pic that had my face on it so you guys can see it really is me. I have been on Skinny Fiber since May 2013 and as of Sept 1 2013 when I got weight at the Dr.s I was down to 177. I exercised at the very beginning going to the gym and yeah working out some, tried the personal trainer till he hurt me but my motivation for the gym was to use the tanning bed LOL I use portion control to watch what I eat because I am to stubborn to give up foods that I like and it also seems to be the thing that works for me. I take my Skinny Fiber twice a day and drink anywhere from 96 to 128 oz of water a day. I don't drink soda and never really did but coffee is my vice. I have gone from drinking 4 pots (YES POTS) of coffee a day to definitely 2 cups but sometimes I will have 4 cups throughout the day. I don't really snack that much anymore because I don't crave it. I do eat out occasionally but no more fast food. It is usually a sit down place and I order what I want and have them bring me a doggy bag and automatically half of what I ordered goes in there. I than enjoy the other half. Like I said this works for me but may not work for everyone.
I have also noticed that since I have changed how I eat and taking Skinny Fiber I no longer have any IBS attacks, which is awesome since I suffered with that since 1997. I have also noticed that my sugar doesn't drop like it used to. These two things alone will make me continue on Skinny Fiber not just the help it gives me on my weight loss journey."
