Tam-Tam's husband has lost 12 pounds, sleeps better, and has more energy!

SOOOOOO... this is My hubbys 4 week update...yes, 4 short weeks! 

He has lost about 12 lbs, sleeps better, lost his heartburn and has WAY more energy... I hate that he can eat WHATEVER he wants and can still do so well lol... he LOVES his carbs, and enjoys his rum & cokes when he BBQS... he dont exercise, because he's like me and dont like it lol... he has cut out the night time junkfood and pop as he dont crave them anymore, which is GREAT because now he's not up in the middle of the night sitting on the edge of the bed dying in heartburn! He had to stop taking it for 2 weeks now because of hernia surgery, and he ACTUALLY misses it! he cant wait to start back on it tomorrow!
