"This is hard for me to post so please be kind 

This past year has been a hard one for me. I have had my fair share of ups and downs. I felt like a bystander as the world continued to spin on and I watched as if from a distance. 

I decided I wanted to change that, which is the first step. You have to WANT to change in order to change. I was unhappy not just with the way I looked but the way I was. I didn’t do anything super awesome, I stayed in my ‘fox hole’ (my bedroom) and I didn’t want to go out of my comfort zone. At the end of June I decided it was time for a change. My nieces and nephews are growing up and I am missing it. Not only that, I wasn’t spending the time with my family like I should have been.

I changed my life style, thanks to skinny fiber for kick starting me. I didn’t exercise at all the first week. I just watched what I ate. Then I decided to start exercising to lose more fat. Thanks to skinny fiber and hard work and dedication I have lost 15 pounds so far just in 2 weeks. 5 more pounds and I will be at my first goal weight!!! Thank you Skinny Fiber! 

Embarking on this change has helped me in so many ways. It has helped me come out of my comfort zone. It has challenged me to spend more time with my family. My change has been physical (my weight loss) but also mental as I overcame my anxiety of getting out and spending time with my family and my friends."
