Debby M Shared this yesterday and its outstanding!!!
"April 23rd 2013, I was diagnosed with diabetes type 2. My Dr put me on a low calorie diet (1200 calories a day) and then I had to change it again to lower my carb intake when I went to see the diabetic nutritionist. I wasn't liking how much I had to cut back on and I was always hungry. I had heard a lot about Atkins so I looked into it more. I started doing Atkins as a supplement to what I could eat and it helped some but the weight was slow in coming off. I lost 17 pounds in about 6 weeks. I then heard about a product that is helping people with weight loss, not just pounds but also inches. I was skeptical but after reading more about it and seeing what it was doing for so many other people, I ordered a bottle. I started taking skinny fiber June 14th.
Since starting Skinny Fiber I have lost 34 pounds and the weight keeps leaving without my having to do very much exercising! I am having to find smaller clothes because the loss of the fat in inches is making my clothes fit way too big. Thank goodness for ARC thrift store! I have lost over 30+ inches all over but just over 7 inches is from around my waist alone. I still have a long way to go but I'm pretty motivated to keep going because I feel so much better and I have the energy I need to get through the day with 3 boys
Just recently I had to change the seat setting in our vehicle to move the seat closer because my tummy isn't in the way like it once was.
On Saturday August 3, 2013 I went to the Dr for a 3 month update check on my diabetes. As a result of using Skinny Fiber to help me lose weight, my Dr. said I could go off of my metformin and see how my blood sugar does. My average blood sugar level has been around 95 which is good. I asked him about the Skinny Fiber, if it is indeed safe to take and he looked at the ingredient list on the bottle I showed him and said yes it is safe for me to take. I'm glad because up till that appointment I had been taking it for 6 weeks. I had a blood test and the results of my A1C came back at 6.0
I don't want to push Skinny Fiber on anyone because I'm so not a sales person, so it's something you can decide on if you would like to try it. If you have any questions about it I will do my best to answer you or find the answer for you.
I'm not making a goal of a specific amount of weight to lose because I always fail when I do that. This time it's a lifestyle change and if I lose my extra weight that is a plus. Eating healthier is benefiting me and my family
My total weight gone so far is a total of 51+ pounds. 17 pounds before Skinny Fiber and 34 pounds after starting Skinny Fiber. I can't wait to see what my 90 day challenge numbers look like."
