Jenn's Low Carb Pizza Recipe
Jenn's Low Carb Pizza
Combine 3 eggs and 1/4 cup of milk in bowl, salt and pepper to taste
Beat until scrambled
Heat greased pan
Pour mixture in hot pan, reduce heat and cover until eggs are cooked
Top with pizza sauce, pepperoni, onions, mushrooms, and mozzarella cheese.
Recover pan, keep on low until cheese is melted and topping are tender.
Cut into pizza slices and ENJOY!
