CROCKPOT OVERNIGHT PUMPKIN OATMEAL

This looks so good! I would add cinnamon and cut back on the brown sugar. 

So super EASY!!!!! It cooks itself overnight!!!!

CROCKPOT OVERNIGHT PUMPKIN OATMEAL 

Great breakfast for a cool fall morning!

Ingredients:
1 Cup Steel Cut Oats
3 cups of water
1 cup of canned pumpkin puree
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
2 tablespoons of brown sugar (use less and add cinnamon)
1/4 teaspoon of salt
2 teaspoons of pumpkin pie spice

Instructions:
Place all ingredients into a heatproof bowl that will fit inside your slow cooker.
Place the bowl into your slow cooker and carefully add water into the cooker until the outside of the heatproof bowl is immersed halfway up in the water.
Cook on low for 8 hours.
Go to bed, wake up, and EAT!!!!
