1. Please take a current (before) picture of yourself
2. Record your current weight
3. Measure your abdominal area as well as other target areas (Arms, Chest, Hips, Legs)
4. At the end of 90 days, take an "After" picture of yourself, record your starting & ending weight and post them in the group with your Before & After pictures. (Posting the inches lost is optional).
