"Ok everyone wants my updated pics. I still don't like them since i'm not smiling but i still had to share. Down 13 pounds and 21 inches. Who knew you could see how much i have changed since November. I cant believe how easy this has been so far. I cant wait to see what i look like in 4 more months. Best thing i have done for myself in a long time.
I wasn't sure if i should try something once again, but with what i have done so far I am so glad i did. I love seeing how much i have changed. I wish i would of found this so much sooner. I have done so many other diets and just gave up cause it wasn't working. I had to give up my favorite foods and workout hard to get any results. I even went as far as going through and getting the gastric bypass in 2004. well that worked but it wasn't a complete fix for myself. I was always sick and never ate for the first year. Liquids was all i could take in. But finally when i could eat i would. Yes it never was much but i ate things i shouldn't and ate at night right before falling asleep.
Since being on Skinny fiber i wake up take my first pill with a full glass of water then 30- 45 mins later eat something (I hate eating first thing in the morning but am getting in the habit) then right before lunch take another pill with my water and will eat lunch 45 min later. then when i get home i take 2 pills since that's when i tend to eat the most. I have been not so great and keeping up on any kind of workout which i need to, more to just feel better. And i haven't given up my 1-2 can soda a day. But i plan to start changing things one at a time. I really cant be more happy with how i'm taking back my life with Skinny fiber."
