1 tomato chopped
1 cucumber chopped (optional)
1 fig chopped
2 tablespoons olive oil
juice of 1/2 lemon (approx. 1 Tbs)
1/2 tsp garlic powder
1/2 tsp black pepper
Sea salt to taste.
