"These are my own personal results, going from a size 24 to a size 16/18. I took Skinny Fiber sporadically from March - April and then took it a little more consistently in May and then really seriously this past month, doing my best to stay on schedule. These results are from March 1st - June 28th. I eat okay, not the best, I struggle with Dr. Pepper - it's my biggest downfall. I exercise by walking and a Zumba class once a week."
