Mendy's Results are Great!

"Hi. My name is Mendy. I recently joined Skinny Fiber as a distributor, but I also wanted to take Skinny Fiber, myself. I was first introduced to Skinny Fiber, back in March '13. At first I was skeptical. I have tried other diet supplements, but always had side effects that I hated (racing heart, jitters). I have had a weight problem since high school. I come from a family, where a few of my family members have been obese. (We were raised eating lots of "convenience foods" and lots of "take out" and "junk". So the temptation to eat it has always been there. In high school, I turned to laxatives and other OTC Weight Loss Pills. When I got pregnant with my first child, in 1998, I was 123lbs. I got up to 180lbs. After giving birth, I weighed 160 lbs. I have had my turn of doing the "Atkin's Diet" (which I lost 20lbs) but I loved carbs too much. As soon as I went off that diet, I gained it back times 2! Then several years later, I got pregnant with my 2nd child. I was about 145 at that time. 2 more pregnancies followed, which I stayed between 190-216. I went thru a 2 year separation from my marriage, and got up to 247ish. I was miserable! Then my marriage renewed!


Then Skinny Fiber entered my life almost a year later, and I was 230lbs. I had just began walking a few times a week, around the neighborhood. I had cut my junk food out, and started drinking only Almond Milk and Water. (My biggest temptation was Candy. Chocolate Candy). Since I have been taking my Skinny Fiber, I have been sleeping better, I have more energy (not crazy chemical energy, like Dexatrim or any other weight loss pill on the market) But NATURAL, SAFE energy I have also noticed a big improvement on my Anxiety (which I have been suffering with all my life, and I take Zoloft 50 mg daily) In May '13, I recently underwent a hysterectomy, so strenuous activity was out of the question for several weeks. Even though I basically sat around the house those few weeks, I was still able to lose inches and not gain anything back. I just got back into my walking ( I walk about 3 times a week right now, because it's blazing hot here in Texas, lol) My diet is pretty simple, I eat cereal, oatmeal, or an egg and turkey bacon bagel for breakfast. For lunch I usually do soup or sandwiches. Then for dinner, I try to keep it healthy as possible. I usually steam my veggies and chicken. I haven't fried food in a long time. I am always doing crockpot meals, or baking, steaming. We buy whole grain foods, almond milk, water, fruits, veggies, anything opposite of an everyday pizza/soda/chips/etc. I take 2 Skinny Fiber before lunch, 2 Skinny Fiber before dinner, with lots of water. I drink water all day long. Before, I was in a very tight size 22 pant. Now I can wear the same pants, and pull them down without having to unbutton/zip them! I am down from 230lbs, to 222lbs. I have lost 24.5 inches so far. I am so grateful to have been introduced to Skinny Fiber, by my hubbys Aunt. I look foward to seeing my results in another 2 months, 6 months, and especially in 1 year, to see how far I KNOW I will have come. Thank you Skinny Fiber, for changing my life for the better!"
