"At my heaviest, which was in 2012, I weighed 250 lbs. I hadn't really exercised in a few years. Then in February 2013 I started walking around the neighborhood about 3-4 days a week, 15mins-45mins (or more depending) I started taking Skinny Fiber the first week of April 2013. Since then, I have only walked for exercise. At first it was about 4-5 days a week, but since it has gotten hotter, it's been about 2-3 days a week, if that. I have drank lots more water, cut out all candy/chips/soda (there for awhile it was 3-4 times a week) I have started to eat more chicken, and almost no red meat at all. Sometimes I would take 2 Skinny Fiber a day, sometimes 4 a day. (Because I am bad at remembering before dinner). But I recently set 2 alarms on my cell phone, to remind me to take it at 11am and 4pm. So as of 2 weeks ago, I have been taking the 4 a day
