"One month ago today I started my Skinny Fiber journey. Skeptical does not even describe how I was. Thinking there was no hope for me and to be honest with you I would give my daughter a kiss every night
while she slept with tears in my eyes for fear that I would not wake in the morning. Sounds morbid I know but when you are so down on yourself it feels like there is no other way to feel.
One month down and I have lost 7 kilograms and 20 inches. I can't believe it. I am so proud of myself and for the first time in a very very long time I know that I deserve to be happy not only in my life but within myself. I still have a hell of a long way to go and I know I will have some hard times ahead, but I'm going to make it to my destination and most of all I will be there for my gorgeous daughter."
