Alright everyone! This is my update after 8 weeks on Skinny Fiber! I have lost 39 1/2 inches and 13.4 lbs....I am so so Happy to have found Skinny Fiber. I am No longer craving Sugar! No more sweet snacks! No MORE CHOCOLATE!!! (which was a big thing)...I am doing Wonderful staying away from them...I just remind myself when I see something and I think, "Hey, that looks good!," but I tell myself "NO YOU CAN'T HAVE ANY!!!" it will break down your skinny fiber and make it not work to the full effect!!! :) I still think of it as a SPONGE since that is the way that Holly described it to us on FB. ♥ Which I love because if you take SF and eat sugar it is going to break down the sponge that is suppose to be soaking up fats and stuff from our bodies and the sponge will break down and dissolve! I want the SF to work as much as possible. I am able to sleep better at night, and I can lay down and be to sleep in a matter of minutes instead of Hours! I have a lot more energy with taking Skinny Fiber! And I don't have issues "going" anymore! Thankfully, there were times that I would "go" maybe 1-2 times a week, now it is daily!
Yes we all have hard days and get a little discouraged, but with all of you knowing that I am commited then I know that I can make this work and last....Especially since I have a WEDDING coming in OCTOBER!!!!! :) I am super duper excited about!
