"Honestly speaking, I didn't think much of a change had taken place in my body, because the last time I checked to see if I was losing inches was MONTHS ago - when I had to wear my "skinny" son's pants (whilst waiting on mine to get out of the washing). At that point, I had been a teensy bit consistent - but not too much. After that, I had been HORRIBLE in the eating department; for reasons I'm not going to go into, I was basically eating junk food on a regular basis. These last couple of weeks I've been a WEE bit better in the junk food department. (When I've been eating the crap, it hasn't been because I'm hungry, but because of stress - a LOT of stress, lol!)
