Lazy Way to Lose Weight: Cinnamon, Honey, and Water

This is an extremely lazy way to lose weight. It burns hundreds of calories even if you are just sitting down on your computer and doing nothing. It also increases your metabolism which aids in weight loss.

Ingredients:
2 teaspoons Raw Honey
1 teaspoon Cinnamon
1 cup Water (8 ounces)


Directions:
1) Use 1 part of cinnamon to 2 parts of raw honey. 1 teaspoon cinnamon to 2 teaspoons honey is recommended.
2) Boil 1 cup of water.

3) Mix the cinnamon and honey in cup and make a paste. Let set for 30 minutes. Add the boiling water and stir the mixture with water. Cover the cup for half an hour. After 30 minutes filter the mixture by placing a paper coffee filter onto the top of a cup and pour the mixture into the coffee filter.  You will need to hold the filter in place to prevent it from going into the cup. Wait until it cools enough for drinking and it's ready.
5) Take one half of the drink (4 oz) before breakfast.  Take one half of the drink (4 oz) after dinner or before you go to bed


NOTE:  For faster results, you can increase the amount of the mixture by doubling the ingredients and drink 8 ounces instead of 4 ounces.  Use 4 teaspoons of Raw Honey, 2 teaspoons of Cinnamon, and 16 ounces of Water.

Do not add any flavors in this mixture as this recipe only works if you drink it on empty stomach.

      My cinnamon drink turned into half liquid and half slime YES SLIME !!!!,!
      Is this supposed to happen
      I just could not get myself to drink it.
      It actually turned like this while it was cooling down after I poured the boiling water on to the cinnamon.
      Have I done something wrong.

    3. Roxy34r - If the water is not warm enough, the mixture will thicken. Make sure the water is warm enough to help break down the honey when you mix it in the water.

    5. This also happened to me. I poured the boiling water over the cinnamon, stirred it and left it to cool on the bench. When I came back to put in the raw honey, the cinnamon and water had turned slimy. I put the honey in and stirred that however it still remained slimy. I attempted to drink it but the consistency just didn't feel right to drink. Please help...

  7. It's important to note that using pure cinnamon is key. Some spice rack types of cinnamon aren't pure and I've been told by a friend who is a health nut that what is in those spice rack types of cinnamon can make you ill if you take too much.

      In response to your second question, no, it doesn't make your heart race. Also, Skinny Fiber is a dietary supplement and not a diet pill. It doesn't make your heart race, either.

    1. It's best to make it fresh rather than making it and storing it in the refrigerator. I've used raw honey for several years and have never gotten food poisoning.

    MIX THE CINNAMON AND HONEY, MAKE A PASTE, ADD THE BOILING WATER, LET IT COOL, FILTER, DRINK HALF in the morning on empty stomach, half 3 hours after dinner.

I understand you would also need to make the lifestyle changes, but if you were to carry on with ur normal lifestyle such as lots of walking, three meals a day, and generally healthy food intake would the concoction still make progress maybe just a bit slower than normal results?
