"YEPPERS THIS IS ME ON MY JOURNEY

I have Hashimoto's disease (low thyroid function) and nothing could budge my excess weight, and to think in the second pic, aunt flo has come to visit and I'm bloated, BUT, I have gone from a 2XL shirt into an XL shirt in the first month!! Ohh I should also mention, my mother's apron - excess belly skin from having children; that's shrinking back into my body!!!!!

I don't eat processed foods (things that are prepackaged) but that's because I'm allergic to a lot of additives and preservatives, and I've never been able to eat them.

As for exercise, I've done nothing more then I usually do!!  I do like to walk and I live on a farm in the middle of diddlysquat in Queensland.  But to be honest, I've not added anything more then what I was doing before

The difference is now I'm losing weight, having Hashimoto's, I was putting weight on (a lot of weight) as my body wasn't processing the insulin it was producing and it was storing everything, and although I'm on thyroxine, it didn't help me lose weight at all
